As a rule of thumb: a 25 sq ft unit fits the contents of a small van, 50 sq ft takes a one-bed flat, and 100 sq ft handles a two-bed house including white goods. The minimum stay is one week and there's no deposit. Storage runs week to week; when you're done, give us seven days' notice and your last invoice is adjusted to the day you move out.

Most stores are open every day 6am–10pm with your personal PIN code, and several — including Borehamwood, Woking, Crawley, Kingston and Croydon — offer 24/7 access as standard. Access hours are listed on each store's page.

Every store has PIN-code entry, CCTV running around the clock, and individually alarmed units. Only you hold the key to your padlock — staff can't open your unit. Stores are also protected by fire and smoke detection throughout.

No food or perishables, plants, animals, flammables (fuel, gas bottles, paint thinners), fireworks or explosives, illegal goods, or anything living or leaking. Cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items are best kept at home. If in doubt, ask the store team.
