What we collect
When you request a quote, register interest or contact us we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, preferred store, unit size and move-in date. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used (pages visited, device type) via our analytics provider.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, produce your quote, and — where you’ve registered interest in a new store — to tell you before it opens. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for. Quote data is kept for 12 months and then deleted unless you become a customer.
Legal basis and your rights
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps prior to a contract, and analytics on the basis of legitimate interest. Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@boxroom.app. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The site uses a minimal analytics beacon and no advertising cookies. Your browser settings can block analytics without affecting how the site works.
