We acquire and lease sites of 60,000–120,000 sq ft — retail warehouses, industrial units and prominent roadside plots with motorway-grade visibility. Freehold or long leasehold, vacant or income-producing. If your building can be seen from a dual carriageway, we want to hear about it.
Agents & brokers
Retained requirements across the Home Counties, South East and London GLA. We move quickly, run our own appraisals, and pay full introducer fees on completed deals. Off-market is welcome.
