Can I run my business from the unit?
You can use it as a stockroom, archive or equipment store, and work in it while picking and packing. Units can't be staffed workplaces or workshops — but for storage-led operations they beat a mini-lease on every line.
Do you take deliveries when I'm not there?
Yes, at stores with staffed receptions we'll sign for parcels and pallets and hold them securely. Couriers get the store address plus your unit reference.
Can I invoice monthly and reclaim VAT?
Yes. Billing is weekly but invoiced monthly to your business, with VAT shown. Most customers set up a direct debit and forget about it.
